Contact us by email within 5 Days of receiving your order. Please include order number and reason for exchange. We will provide you with the return address if you contact us within the 5 days. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and the shipping fees of the item we will re send to you. You will also get the option to do the exchange at our local store. Dresses and Holiday outfits can only be exchanged for a different size. No exchange or returns on any Tutu set.
In Store Orders
Exchanges must be made within 10 days of your order. You must return to the store to exchange your item or get store credit. Items must have original tags and you must provide us with the order number or receipt.
